Rincon de Bonanza

Pared Grande y Pared Roja
This small village situated on the slopes of "Sierra de Orihuela" and belongs to the district of " Vega Baja del Segura". Surrounded by impressive walls, "El Rincon de Bonanza" is ideal for winter months. In 2008 two of its main crags were designated as SPAs( Special Protection Area for Birds) leaving climbing completely prohibited. "El Rincon de Bonanza" is a perfect destination for climbers who love multi-pitch routes with moderate difficulty where handling wires and camps is necessary in all of its routes.

Routes: More than 30 multi-pitch routes between IV and 6c abounding V grade. Mostly climbing with mixed protection with belay stations and some sections where protection is difficult bolted. On "Pared del Gavilan" there is a crag with a good number of sport routes up to 8b.
